It's a tea party fit for a crowd of 50.
Rari-Tea Party is now two weeks away, and we're making major changes for this year's party. For the second part of the "Rari-Tea Party Update" post series, we'll talk off with the venue. Last year's tea party was held in the Bali Function Hall which can accommodate up to 60 seated people. Thirty people attended last year's party, which is a big waste of space for us.
In this year's tea party, we're going to move to the smaller Boracay Function Hall. This function hall can accommodate a maximum of 50 people, but some layout changes need to be made:

In this year's tea party, we're going to move to the smaller Boracay Function Hall. This function hall can accommodate a maximum of 50 people, but some layout changes need to be made:
- The function-hall layout will be filled with 5 banquet tables, each with 10 seats per table. Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- There will be no stage area this year, since there is no need to have an elevated platform.
- There will be a small table where guests can borrow and return different board and card games for entertainment.
- Aktivshow will put up its media station either inside or outside the venue hall.
- The self-service food and tea stations will be located outside the venue hall.
- Team Fillypiñana's station will also be outside the venue hall.
